All That Flow
Growing this collection of "All That Flow" has been nothing short of a blessing. Truthfully, it's been a release. As seasons change, so does my pallet, but furthermore, so does life. I'm intentional with colors, as many hold value to emotion. I'm intentional with the the process that goes into each individual painting. Each painting, whether a 5x5 or 60x60 has a flood of conversations with God behind it. I want each beholder to value what they are purchasing and cherish it so that generations to come can hold the same known love. To share it, to know it, and to feel it.
To behold a blessing. You are loved.
xo, Candace Rae
PS. So what’s up with the way I shot these images anyways? I wanted to capture them in natural light at all angles. I wanted you to see the natural fluxes and variations in each painting. Each painting can look so different just based on where the light kisses it. Can’t wait to see where you place yours. Will you share with me?
This original abstract painting was made with fluid acrylic and alcohol ink. The multiple layers of a high heat primer give the canvas a workable area for me to create an almost watercolor-like effect, created by adding layers of different colors on top of one another and manipulating them with different tools.
Colors in this series include eggplant, blush, indigo, and of course, my signature gold.
Painted on stretched canvas.
Signed, dated and titled by the artist.
Sides are painted white.
*Frame is not included.
*As not all computer monitors are the same, colors may vary slightly from actual work.
**Scale of paintings to furniture in photographs may not be exact– they are meant to give an idea of how the piece looks hung on a wall.
***Please note due to size, if shipped I will personally contact you with the additional oversized cost.

Using and application of high heat enamel upon the canvas, I’ve taken layers of alcohol ink to create this piece. With highlights of gold ink, I’ve illuminated the ambiance of simplicity.
